  3. The exact dlvr.sh URL, share ID, or other information reasonably sufficient for us to identify the material at issue.
  4. Your name, company name if applicable, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material you uploaded was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to abuse@dlvr.sh. A valid counter-notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of a court in a location where the service provider may be found.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy

dlvr.sh may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly upload or distribute infringing material. We also reserve the right to remove content or disable access where we believe doing so is appropriate to protect rights holders, the service, and other users.

Good Faith and Accuracy

Please submit notices and counter-notices only when you have a good faith basis for doing so. Knowingly making false statements in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. If you are uncertain whether material is infringing, you should consult qualified legal counsel.
